I did not contract them because the young man speaking to me on the phone told me that it is a $72.00 charge just to travel to Portland- the fee for the work is separate. It is only a fifteen minute drive! The young man had me on hold at the beginning of the call for more than five minutes.

CC Lock Doc has Very Poor Customer Service They left me feeling they do not want any job!
Description of Work: Had appointment for "BEFORE NOON" made 24hrs in advance. At 1100 call they said I was next and as soon as locksmith was free wold callat 1210 called and cancelled service Jason said Thanks and hung up! Called Corpus Christi Locksmiths he was there in 10 mins!DO NOT USED CC LOCK DOC!
