+ -1 moreI never used CC foundation because I inherited a house that they worked on and their work was an abysmal waste of time and money. There was no way I was gonna use them again when their first attempt at fixing the foundation was a complete failure and they would not honor their warranty despite it not being properly transferred. Plus, if it didn't work the first time, why would the same solution not fail again? Isn't that the definition of insanity?
Description of Work: CC Foundation Repair had worked on my house years before I bought it. Someone spent thousands of dollars installing their piers and the installation failed. When I approached them about their lifetime warranty, they reminded me that it must be transferred within 30 days of close of sale and that it no longer applied. Ok, my fault, but what a lousy job they did that the foundation failed so badly once again. Their solution was for me to spend another 10 or 20 thousand dollars to put more bell bottom piers IN THE INTERIOR of the house (Hahaha, yeah, destroy and replace the existing flooring and the mess that entails)! I hired another foundation company, Eagle Foundation, and they installed a series of pilings drilled to resistance by tunneling under the house. It's only been a few months but I can already see and feel the results, fewer doors sticking, etc.

+ -1 moreThey were on time and cleaned up real well. They kept me informed on what was going on. I interviewed 12 people because I was afraid of this type of work. Everything looks real nice. They weren't the cheapest, I kind of went for the middle priced. I made sure they were insured. I was happy.

Description of Work: Very reliable, fair, organized, clean and on time. I was very happy with my work. The owner would always tell me exactly what they were going to do upfront before they were going to do it. He recommended other things that he felt would help me to keep the ground elevated on the outside. He was very professional, gave me advice to keep my house elevated. All his crew was on the job site by 7:45am, ready to work.
