It went very well. At our house, everything went great. At the rental house, my husband saw that they didn't remove a piece of an area of the roof that was rotted. He became aware of it because the piece they had put on was already falling, so he pulled it off and that's when he found out the rotten piece wasn't removed. It was corrected but only because my husband caught it. He also didn't give us a receipt when they finished the job for the rental property. I had to use a cancelled check.

He never showed and never called. In short, it was a waste of my time calling this guy.

Started at 7am on the 4th of July and finished the entire house by 630PM. Had to wait to finish the patio as it was a holiday and he couldn't get the materials but was back on Tuesday morning. The patio roof required special roofing that he didn't have on hand. He dosn't speak very good english so get someone who speaks Spanish. He got everything done, all I had to do was pay him. He and his crew raked the debris out of the yard and hauled all their own trash away. He contacted the state inspector to come out to inspect the roof. I never even saw the inspector. Got the new roofing certificate in within 3 weeks. Very fast, very clean, very nice, very professional. Asked to be paid in cash so he could pay his crew. All in all, he does amazing work. Estimates are free and you pick the shingles. He will special order what you want you just have to pay the extra for the shingles that are special ordered but he will let you know up front if it will be extra. They even reshingled my "house" mailbox.
