Everything was always fully explained and as each phase was being built I was well informed on the time frame up all the way to completion of the project ... i am very pleased on everything being completed on time and everything back to normal.. because having a rental home being safe is there very first priority.. This was a big job and before my very eyes it was completed .. Thank you Big Mac Electric for making the process go so smoothly and most of all safe..

Mr. Longoria was exceptional! I can't recommend him enough. Even from the first phone call he was upfront and honest about his pricing. Upon visiting he gave me a very comprehensive and complete estimate. During the entire time the work was being performed he and his assistant were very professional and meticulous about updating our system while also making sure that our existing connections were correct and safe. I have more work that needs to be done at our home and I absolutely would only trust this company for the work. You can't go wrong with hiring Big Mack Electric.

Contractor called. We set up a date but he never showed up.

Big Mack looked at the job to be done and gave me quote. About a week later he came out with his guys and replaced an electrical panel in about 4 hours. Stayed with his quote and made sure everything worked before leaving. Great price and better service. Will hire again when needed. Keep a few business cards for neighbors and friends.

Mack is AMAZING and went above and Beyond!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough when checking the wiring on my outlets. Definitely keeping his info handy whenever I need an electrician again.

They came on time agreed upon. They went to the bedroom to check what additional work, if any was needed. They informed me right away that no other work was necessary. They installed the fan. They asked for our preferences (such as which color we preferred) before they installed the fan. They were done within about an hour. They offered to clean up the floor of some debris they had accumulated, but that was not necessary. They were very professional; they addressed me as Mrs. Joseph. When I asked about other work they can do, he informed me and gave me a "guesstimate."

I called 3 other electricians over the course of a year. 2 of them never called me back. The third wanted $2500 to replace the entire box. Big Mack called me within 60 minutes of my leaving a message through Angie's list. They completed the job within days and charged me only $300 to repair the box! Best electrician I have ever used!
