They showed up when they promised. The work was done in a quality fashion and the area was clean when the plumbers left the job.We were very satisfied with the job they did. The price seemed to be fair. All plumbing jobs are expensive

They are professional, they did their job well, and they were on time. There were just no problems at all.

The plumber had to run the "snake" 3 times before the clog finally was removed. It was about 50 ft from the kitchen drain. He also informed me of a leak under the sink from the sprayer and from the faucet. We had only been in this house for 6 wks and were not aware of all the repairs needing to be done. He also helped us adjust the hot water heater and told us about the insulation on the heater being illegal now in this area. We removed the insulation and found that the heat had never been adjusted properly on the water heater.(there were 2 adjustments) The heater had a lot of sediment in it and one coil was not operating properly because of the heat maladjustment, so we decided to replace the unit. We got a 10 gal larger unit with the required pan underneath for $800 installed. I also purchased a new kitchen faucet which they installed. This all occurred within 2 days.

I felt that the provider was knowledgeable and told us what to expect. Everything was up to expectation. The crew arrived on time and the work lasted about a day and a half. The kitchen sink's drain works great now. The owner was friendly, honest, and ran a reliable company. We are happy with the work done.

They came on time, and worked hard. They did a great job and even took the old toilets away. I've been using them for years.

They came out twice. The first guy replaced the seal on a toilet and looked at my kitchen faucet that was spraying everywhere. It was a new faucet. He discovered it had a hole in it. So I had to get a replacement. He charged me $134 and said he would replace the faucet when it came in and there would be no charge for it. They charge $85/hr. After a week, my faucet was leaking underneath every time I used it and was ruining the sheetrock on the wall. I called the guy because he gave me his cell phone number and he said it would take a couple of weeks. So, I waited, not being able to use my sink and after 2 weeks called again. He said it should any day now. After 5 weeks which I shouldn't have waited, I tried to call him again and every time I called, he said I had the wrong number. So I called the company and they said he didn't work there anymore and I relayed his conversation about my faucet with him and they didn't know what I was talking about but said they'd come out again. I explained that the only reason I was waiting this long was because he said he was going to do it at no charge. So I went and bought another faucet and they came out and after they were done, they told me it would be $134. I said, "but you only charge 85/hr and they said but there were 2 of them and I complained and he went down on the price to $92 and then I again explained what the first guy told me. And the guy said,"No, our boss wouldnever go for that." Needless to say, I was not happy at all. I had waited all that time and been extremely inconvenienced for 5 weeks and they were still going to charge me. I couldn't even use my dishwasher because it would flood the kitchen. I don't like these people and I would never call them again.
