+ -1 moreThey never returned our phone calls and refused to send someone out to give us a quote and measure. They even claimed that they never got a call from us and we must have called another company.
Description of Work: We called several times for a quote to replace a broken window pane. We only got a hold of them once and they never got back to us.

+ -1 moreAmerican Glass Masters did a wonderful job! I had gotten two other estimates, and they were by far the most competitive. This worried me at first, but I realized that I had made the right choice when the company completed the wall. They did so well, that I called them back to hang some mirrors.
Description of Work: They installed a mirrored wall in our condo.
