They did well. It was quick. They did what they said they would do and did not leave a mess.

AC stopped working in the middle of the night and on a holiday weekend and we live outside of the city limits. Alpha AC came to the rescue without an extra "holiday" or out of the area charge. We had a wonderful experience to a bad situation, Alpha AC came equipped with parts and had our issue resolved within an hour. Rick, our service technician was friendly, knowledgable and professional. Should we ever need AC service again we will definitely be calling Alpha AC. Thank you for your prompt service and making us comfortable again during these hot Texas days.

Had to come back twice for same problem, now want to charge a lot more for same problem. Did not show up twice to scheduled appointment.

Sam and his brother responded to my phone message the same day and were able to come by within two days to complete the free estimate for the work. They completed the work within a week of the estimate being completed. HIs team showed up and completed the installation in one day and cleaned up after they were done. It was a relief to have the work done so well, within the desired period, and have a contractor that cleans up when they're done. Everyone was very professional and polite and their estimate came in at a very competitive price.

Alpha did an excellent job. Punctual and professional, cleaned up after job. We are so happy w/ our new a/c system!

I was very pleased with the work done by this company. The salesman who came to my home was knowledgeable and heard what my needs and concerns were and worked to address each. Andy, the salesman came twice to my home to make sure they once to give a bid, the second time to double check measurements to be sure the unit would fit. With each visit they were punctual and called when they arrived to let me know they were there. Three workers were present all day and they were done by 4:30 pm. The home is cool now, and all the instructions given were easy to understand. I appreciate the work that was done and their professionalism.

Very well. I placed a call to Alpha on late Saturday night, I explained to the caller that the unit was struggling to turn on. He suggested something to do and it worked fine. He told me it was only temporary until a new motor is order on Monday. First thing Monday I received a text that they were on their way. Two servicemen showed up to removed the fan. About an hour later, Rick returned with the part. The house was cool the rest of the day. Thanks again Sam, Rick and the rest of the Alpha crew.

AC went out on Sunday. I shut down the unit and called to place a service call. I explained to them exactly what happened. My call was returned on this morning and I guess since they happened to be in the area, Rick was here sooner than I thought. He already knew what to look at because he went right to the problem area. He told me he would replace the capacitor and "let's see how it goes." I told him I appreciated his honesty. He told me worst case scenerio it could be the motor. I called Sam after and thanked him for his service and to comment on Rick. Sam told me it was a good thing that I turned off the unit when I did. Some people continue to run it thinking it will turn on or something. Sam has been out here before. Alpha has always done professional and honest work for me. As a matter of fact. He was here on July 15, 2013 to replace the outside unit and did an excellent job. Now that I am a member of Angie's List, why hasn't that review been placed with all the other member reviews???

Opened the door to a friendly professional technician . Introduced himself then I showed him my indoor unit he got right to work,when he was done I told of my 2 problems. He asked to be shown the outdoor unit and got his tools needed got right to work. Called in to see what the cost would be on the 2 problems. He couldn't reach his boss and promised to call back and he did. Waiting for a call to schedule appointment for next week. :)

He got there within 15 minutes of call, checked the ac and told me the price. He went to get part and had the ac back up and running within the hour. Great service

They told me that my system was in very good condition and i might need to replace a small part in a month or two. Less than 1 week after the "inspection," my AC system has failed. They also said they would get back to me with a quote to replace the part in the future and I have heard nothing back. They were also not methodical when going through the Angie's List 20 point inspection and did not accomplish all of the items.

We have had several other companies out to fix the unit, and they are the first to get it working right. They are honest and don't try to over charge you. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. The price is competitive. They have come out in emergency situations before, so I would give them an A+ for punctuality.

My secondary pan underneath my attic air conditioner was full of water. At first I was confident the drain line was plugged so I tried to drain it with a shop vac and then drain the pan. No luck as it filled again and I was afraid the primary pan was leaking. I called Orlando Pernales who had another job in the area. He agreed to call me when his job was finished. When he did, I was at work and couldn't get there immediately. He waited for me and found that the the drain line had been re-plumbed to another line in a spot that I could not see. He cleared the line and installed a trap. He was quick, competent and courteous. I would definitely call him again.
