Description of Work: Gave him his first big job in CC, rang up 20K in overages. A month after complete, knots in wood bleeding through paint after they bought many gallons of Kiltz. Jim agreed to come back and repaint, trying to tell me this was normal, but never showed. After 1 year the deck and water drain system he installed did the opposite and held the rain within the deck causing this to root the sub-structure and make the deck a safety hazard, and totally unusable. He also installed sliding doors improperly causing them to be very hard to work. The last time we tried to contact him he was in Georgia and only called back because he thought we would give him additional work. Never Happen!!

After contacting Albritton Construction, the contractor came over and viewed the unfinished room addition in its current condition, and drew up an estimate. Once we agreed, he came back with an inspector from Voss Engineering, and pointed out everything that needed to be updated in the framing so it can pass windstorm. After a quick overview by the contractor's Electrician, and all that was cleared, his workers began updating the framing, before installing insulation and siding. Once that was finished, they set up the drywall and texture. After all that was wrapped up, the electrician came to complete the work. The name of the electrician escapes me, but he was the only wrinkle of an otherwise great job. As an example, he explained to us that we had a malfunctioning light fixture, and that we would have to replace ite, until we reminded him to check for a current. sure enough, there WAS a current, and the light bulb was the only thing needing a replacement. My suggestion is to find a competent electrician yourself, as although everything was up to code, his workmanship left something to be desired. After electrical was completed, all the inspectors that were needed came by, we got green tags, and we were good to go. Albritton Construction is a good company with talented workers who do a good, efficient job.
Description of Work: After a terrible experience with a former "contractor" (NEVER trust a man from the area named Joe Gutierrez), who left us with an unfinished room addition and nothing up to code, we were hard-pressed to find a company to trust. Albritton Construction brought in licensed engineers and inspectors, and completed our bedroom/bathroom addition in about a span of 3 weeks. Everything was brought up to code, and was drywalled and prepped for painting and tiling (which we did ourselves).
