OF THIS CONTRACTOR-ALANIZ CUSTOM CABINETS Contractor: Osvaldo Alaniz Project: Cabinet Installation Client: Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals Location: Flour Bluff, Corpus Christi Down Payment: $6,750 (50% paid in June 2024) Current Status: As of October 31, 2024, no installation has occurred, and there has been no communication from the contractor despite multiple text messages and voicemails. Actions Taken: Reported to Corpus Christi Police Department and legal department due to lack of response and failure to fulfill contract obligations. Warning: We advise caution when considering this contractor for your projects or if you have an ongoing negotiation pull out your money. BEWARE!!!!!!!Don't hire this company.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. Such a professional. Responded quickly to request for estimates; showed up at exact time we decided on. HE came back the next day as scheduled and performed just work as promised. Very pleasant to work with and very courteous too. Will use him anytime. Price was only a token gift to apprentice.

 + -1 moreOsvaldo and his helpers were outstanding in all aspects. Went above and beyond to do the job right and even helped out with other small jobs during the remodel, just to be helpful with no added charge. Superb craftsman; unbeatable value compared to store bought junk with veneers. Amazing results! Very highest recommendation!
Description of Work: Custom cabinets and fireplace mantle- all hand made and finished, solid wood. Also some crown molding work.
