After moving in I was updating my home with the wall color choices i wanted. When painting it, took 1 gallon for just one wall. It had never been actually painted just primed. Drawer stableizers were broken, and the drawers would not open easily. The front & back doors were not installed to prevent air leakage. You could actually see light passing over the top of the door. They adjusted it & told me there was nothing more to be done. I have had several roof leaks when all the vent pipes are located & have had to make major repairs to the roof. These have all caused drywall damage inside my home. Recently I had a remodel on the master bath. The contractor removed the vinyl tub surround. We found the tub plumbing, drain & sewer pipes were never glued together. The pipes had separated and the leakage caused the concrete to dissolve & we pulled chunks of concrete & handfuls of dry cement out of the hole. Then we were able to reach down past the foundation, then past the sand and finally to the earth under the house. As the contractor was installing the durorock boards on the walls, there were not square or plumbed. The 2x4's stuck out father than the one next to it causing a bowing on the shower head wall . It was very difficult to build out the wall for the tiles that were being installed. The height of the walls is not the same and the bath is completely out of square In the guest bath the used liquid nails to install the shower head. I am going to have to check the guest tub which will entail ripping a section of the wall in the living room to make sure there is not leakage under that tub. The cabinet doors do not stay up. The type of hinges they use are adjustable & have to continually be screwed tighter. It is not cool when you are asleep & they fall off onto the floor. It sounds as if your front door is being broken down. They vinyl sheet flooring was not glued down properly and lifted very easily, which turned into a benefit when we were ripping them out Over all just poor quality of product and workman ship. I was referred to them by another reputable builder, that I just could not afford as a starter home. I let that builder know about the poor quality.
