The sales representative was very professional. He quickly sent a contract by email. He represented himself very professionally. He looked professional. He had very professional looking flyers. I would say that they have a very good sales representative. After this event of having our house insulated, I asked this man if he wanted feedback from me. I have to give him credit. He was willing to listen to me. I wasn't rude. I said you take it or leave it. I was a little nervous when they arrived and didn't have a ladder that was the right size to reach the attic. I was thinking, "This doesn't sound good. They don't even know what the job is." I called the sales rep right away. The sales representative had to go and get a ladder from some place else. I've had people come into my house before such as steam cleaners for furniture and rugs. South Texas is boiling hot all the time. Even in March, you have air conditioning on. They usually put up these foam barriers so that your air conditioning is not air conditioning your front yard. These people didn't. They had these tubes of insulation into our house and the air conditioning going out. I asked the sales representative how many of these blown in insulations for cellulose against that he had actually seen. He said, "This is the first one I've actually seen after the fact." We weren't forewarned about how much dust there would be. The dust from the cellulose is so fine, I was choking. The workers finally said, "Would you like a dust mask." If they had said that to me, I would've arranged to be somewhere else or something. But I hadn't. I would've asked, "Do I have to supply the dust covers for all of my furniture?" Or if he had said, "You really have to get everything out of the house." I would've said, "Never mind. We're not going to do this." Some people inject the cellulose in between the studs from the outside but it's much more expensive to do the repair work to the outside of the house than to the inside. Another point, at the end of the day when all the furniture was covered with dust and we were going over the sales job, I said, "Do I have to hire a contractor to repair the wall?" I knew I didn't have a lot of time to call around and things like that. We had them do this job when we took vacation time. He definitely said, "No. The holes would be so small and they would plug them up." That was kind of a relief that we wouldn't have to pay to paint. Well, at the end of the day, he didn't even have enough plugs. I had to find a contractor to do that. By this time, I was pretty tired and didn't want to paint. It more than doubled the cost getting these holes repaired and the paint. I was disgruntled by this. I told him basically that he needed to give more information to his clients about this. I have grown children and I think four out of the five of them, even though they're not in contracting, have enough foresight to prevent air conditioning from going out, the plaster dust from going everywhere, the clients from choking, and the holes from being a complete surprise to the clients. The price is competitive. I thought I did my research. I talked to the only two contractors for insulation that were findable in town. I later found out by talking to someone that was having a new house built that we have lots and lots of humidity. We're right on the Gulf Coast. Neither of those contractors mentioned to me that it is desirable, in addition to the air conditioning, that you should have a dehumidifier. Otherwise, the insulation will mold. Verifying that is on my to-do list. The person had the house built with new specifications and they used cellulose for the walls. They had to have in their bathroom and kitchen, a dehumidifier. I didn't. I think that the salesman is working in a company that isn't good enough for him. He was very good, personable, and polite. When I brought up these things to him. He said, "Well, we get people to work for us and they're not paid much money." It was not a good experience.

Overall went great. These folks showed up on time and worked at a good pace. Both people were mature and had been doing this work for many, many years. so I got some experianced people that cared, not just some employee that doesn't care and is in a hurry to finish.
