Our A/C went out on a 100 degree day. They were able to come out the next day and diagnose that it was the circuit board. They went above and beyond to send someone to get a new circuit board before the vendor closed (it was late in the day), get it to the technician while he was at another job so he could come back to my house to install it so we could have A/C that night. I was thoroughly impressed! While he was there he also installed a new thermostat for me. They will DEFINITELY be my first call next time something happens!!!

Description of Work: The service and timeliness were excellent. I've had Mike's AC & Heating come out twice. In both instances, he was able to come out within 1 day and he was very timely. | |I felt like he was kind, courteous, and straight to the point. I appreciated that the prices came from a sheet - so I felt like I was getting consistent pricing and not getting nickel and dimed. He also explained to me what needed to be changed and was able to get us up and running in time. | |We went ahead and signed up for the annual plan to keep our system healthy. On his visit, he was honest and efficient. | |Great company. Great owner. I appreciate their time and effort!

They were real reliable. I have dealt with them for years. I just felt comfortable dealing with them. I don't feel like they would cheat me. I find their pricing reasonable.
Description of Work: I used Mike's to fix a Freon issue. I have used them for years. They come out every 6 months.

When I called, I feared that we needed a whole new unit. Mike was extremely polite and honest. He replaced the capacitor and spent time looking over the ductwork and ac unit. I felt like he was honest with me and very personable. I will definitely use them again. Thanks so much.

This is a locally owned company which we have been doing business with for over ten years. Their name changed when the son bought out the father, but the service has remained the same.
Description of Work: We have a service contract with them and they come out in the Spring and Fall to make sure we are ready for the change in seasons. We have also used them for repairs.

They have always been great. I have stayed with them forever. I think they are honest and do not quote me unreasonable fees. They explain every quote in detail. I have no problem referring them to friends and have. When there is an emergency, they get out immediately and fix it. They know how prioritize.

He will replaces the filter twice a year for me. It goes very well with him.

My A/C was not cooling the house efficiently and my thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own, resetting temperatures randomly. I was expecting a considerable repair cost. The technician was punctual, thorough and honest. He said the inefficient cooling was due to a clogged filter, which he replaced ($10) and the thermostat simply needed a new AA battery! So now, I'm happy, cool and still have money in my pocket!
