Description of Work: I have previously used Lawton Construction to install new hardwood flooring in my home, as well as a kitchen remodel. I contacted the owner Neal Lawton when I needed new flooring in a rental property that I am preparing to sell. He responded the same day, helping me locate a suitable flooring material and setting up a time for installation. The floor was in place early and things were almost ready for the realtor open house. Then the appliances I had purchased did not arrive as promised, and when they were finally delivered, they could not be installed as promised because of a wiring problem in the kitchen. It was less than 24 hours until the open house was scheduled and I had new appliances still in the packaging and old appliances still on the premises! ! Desperate to get the new installed and the old removed, I frantically called Neal. He responded in his usual timely fashion, and agreed to come to the rescue. In a couple of hours, the electricity connection problems were fixed and the new appliances were installed and the old ones removed. All of this, on a Saturday and at the 13th hour, and his charge was minimal! I would highly recommend this company for your flooring and /or construction needs. .

Description of Work: carpentry repair & paint exterior of home

Description of Work: Installed engineering wood floorng in a small bedroom. Very fast and professional. Very careful to make sure corners and door jambs were accurately cut and precisely fit. On time, on budget and no mess left behind.

Description of Work: They installed new baseboards in our house. Went great, took less time than we thought. Cleaned up and they look great.

Description of Work: Absolutely excellent drywall work. We changed a bedroom into a living area (took out a wall, a closet, and a door). They did a great job with the drywall. At first, I wanted it done a certain way, but Neal was able to use his expertise, and he really picked a much better option than I had originally envisioned. Great crew! Highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: This was a wonderful experience. Lawton Construction Company was a great experience. Neal and Sarah the owners of the company are so professional. I called and talked to Sarah and the next day Neal was out to give an estimate. We had many things. Done siding, crown moulding, painting in and out, building steps on our back patio, replacing our roof on the patio, etc. Many small jobs that added up. Neal and crew that he has had with him for many years do the work fast and proper. They blocked out three for the job just to make sure enough time was allowed for the projects. Neal and company are unique he does not use sub contractors and does only one job at a time. Bottom line if you have work you need call Neal and Sarah at Lawton construction company. Description of Work: Neil came to inspect a severe water leak in my home. He inspected the entire home, very thorough and offered ideas and suggestions that did not occur to me. He spent considerable time, showed great interest in what is or could be the core problem. I could not be more impressed and HIGHLY recommend Neil and Lawton Construction to anyone. While he has not done any actual work yet I can tell he really cares and that says something. When it comes time to make the repairs on our house I will be calling him.
