"Adam went above and beyond meeting our expectations! We had approximately 600 sq. Ft of concrete added to an existing patio to accommodate our new spa. Adam provided extra rebar in the spa area to accommodate the weight. I had accomplished some of the work, and fortunately Adam corrected my mistakes. He is professional and very knowledgeable about his trade. All I can say is that you get what you pay for, and with Adam you get top of the line results. His crew was amazing also. A Super Bowl champion, in the world of concrete! We would definitely recommend and use him again."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
