He was very promptwith giving the estimate and stated that he would be there the beginning of the next week to trim. By Friday of the next week there was not a phone call or a message to state that he was behind. After calling him on friday he called on saturday to say that he would be there the beginning of the next week. On Wednesday of the next week he did leave a message in the door saying that he would be here friday a.m. On Friday he showed at 11:15 after being called because we were leaving for a doctor's appt. He came back later that day to actually do the trimming. The next day he did come back but left at 12:30 with a load and never came back. After calling him twice he stated that he had to get some more equipment from a friend even though he knew the day before that hedid not feel safe on the metal roof. The main problem that I has was that when he gave us the estimate he quoted $200 to cut and $100 to haul. To me that is $300. On Saturday after he had hauled 1 load he tells me that he has to talk to me about hauling and dumping fees. He agreed that he told $100 to haul and dump but it was $100-150 per load. He took 2 loads from the property and then left a card with the price of $600. Even 2 loads at $150 and $200 to cut is $500. He was also cutting trees that he was not told to cut and appeared to make his money by hauling and dumping. He never cleaned up the yard or the driveway. He left small branches and leaves all overthe driveway and yard. When we cam home from work at 11:00 p.m. we had to clean up his mess.
