The ladies in the office are lazy. Nothing ever was look seriously. We ended up refusing to pay rent until they fixed the problems the apt already had before we occupied the place. In a nut shell nothing was ever fixed and Remax filed an eviction. Both husband & moved & never looked back.
Description of Work: I rented from them in 2011. we originally liked the place & the office ladies were nice. we moved in and had a check list that we filled out and turned same day. Maintenance was a complete joke. They took forever to send a guy out and he only fixed the toilet. We had a huge gap under our front door that needed fixed the entire 6 months living there. Not only that but the gutters were broke and when it rained, we got flooded under the front door. we had tons of spiders due to the gap under the door. Both my children were bit and got an infection that turned into Staph. Both my children had to get the infections drained and packed. We called and called but nobody ever came to fix a thing.

Please, please do not use this company!! As a military family living overseas (for more than 6 years first in Asia) we relied on this company since 2005 and they have absolutely taken advantage of us. From having our house destroy by tenants, having to pay for improvements to our house that never been done, received receipts without company logos or companies that we could never contact ; to not received rent payments for months and they stating (after calling them more than 10 times) that the tenants were having financial problems. Thinking that renting was a problem in Killeen, we decided to put our house in the market in May 2013 and thats when all got out of control! After several emails and calls with no answer, we realize what was going on in our house. It was destroyed and they let tenants go without fixing the damage they did. Ms. Quiñonez and her assistant try to charge us for "after moving cleaning" so they can "sell" the house. After we decided not to send any money to them like they requested and ask why they let the tenants go with the house in that condition. They said they fixed it and we never heard back from them. During the Nov. and Dec of last year we try to contact her to check on the house and she wrote emails that she couldn't answer because she was sick, now reading other reviews it looks like her license was suspended during that time and that is why she wasn't answering. We check her website in January again and suddenly our house was out of the market. After calling them several times, writing several emails she finally answer my call stating that she had the right to take leisure days and when I ask what was going on in the house she started to be very sarcastic and telling me that the market was very bad. She then said that we should do whatever we want with our house and how dare us to question her on what was going on and that our house was out of the market because we never contact them, that is completely false because I have copies of our emails and phone calls logs. We had to contact another realtor and she got access to our house, the pictures she had in the website stating that everything was fix were not real! When we received the real pictures from this wonderful new relator the conditions of the house were deplorable! We even have smoke damage that we never knew about and refrigerator full of mold when we have the receipts of paying for a new one. Now we are in the process of trying to look for money to fix our house and for the quotes that we have received so far it looks that we will have to expend Thousands of dollars to get it to look good for selling. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN CONTACT THEM!
