Kitchen Tune-Up of Killeen

The owner of this business is very polite, but I was so disappointed in the price, I felt like I got the bait and switch. This business advertises that they can redoor for 40-60% less than replacement, and reface for 40-50% less than replacement. The price was almost $2000.00 MORE THAN I am now paying for complete custom hickory cabinets, including tear out, replacement, and finishing. The time is also more involved with Kitchen Tune-up, the estimate was 5 days and the custom replacements will take 1-2 days max. I was VERY disappointed at the price of Kitchen Tune-up, as they lead you to believe custom is so much more, when in reality the Tune-up was much more than custom. Both estimates included soft close doors and drawers. He gave me lower estimates for less "quality" colors and designs, but even that cost was $12,700.00, and I couldn't even get something I liked at that price. Be aware you should get an estimate from a custom cabinet shop first, before you consider a "tune-up". I did get another custom estimate done that was much lower, but he would never call me back or show up for final measure.
