Very professional. They came out the same day I called where others could not get to me until 2 days later. Pointed out my problem of wrongfully installed drain pipe. After checking out the coils I was told they did not need cleaning, the repair man brushed the coils which save me over $ 250.. Labor was only $ 69 dollars and they worked for one hour. I would recommend this company to other people. He will service my son's air condition unit next. I feel they were very honest by brushing my coils clean. They could have easily told me they had to come back to clean coils at a cost of $250. I would not have known better and would have agreed to this.

I was very pleased with their work. They did it quickly and were on time. They were responsive, quick, and in and out. They were very fair priced.

On Monday evening I noticed my a/c was running but the house was not cooling down. I called Jormer and was asked if I wanted them to come out that night or first thing in the morning, it was after hours and as you know rates increase for that. I opted for the next morning. They are first thing, ran some tests to diagnose the problem. My unit is older some he called around to locate the motor I needed. There was a place in Austin that had one, about an hour away. Someone was sent to pick it up and by that evening, approx. 7pm, I had a/c. Texas summers are pretty hot and this year has been a scorcher, It was incredible to have the problem handled in a day. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I have used them in the past and have been very pleased with their work.
