They are very popular here in Cove. Just doing the work correctly makes them stand out. We just asked them to put in an outlet and they did it.

Several other Electricians were too busy, but this company said that they could get to it in a day or 2. Later that day a gentlemman called me and asked if he could stop by in 20-30 minutes. My wife greated him and was very impressd with his professionalism. He seemed to really enjoy his job since he was happy and joyful throughout. When complete, he explained to my wife exactly what was done being very helpful with his information.
Description of Work: Repaired a faulty outlet on my patio.

Good Afternoon, We apologize that you feel we were not able to assist you. Our office was closed on July 4th for the holiday. The phones were transferred to our cell phone and we do not remember getting your call. We did have one employee that was working service calls that day, and we would have been willing to assist your needs. I apologize once again for not being able to help you. We would never turn down a job, even if it's a small one. We need the work and would have been willing to send an electrician out to you. If you have any need for an electrician in the future, please give us a call and give us a second chance.

A called Atkinson and spoke with a very friendly lady. She offered some advice on what to do just in case all I needed to was to "reset" the system. She also told me to check the breakers. The reason she did this was because she said that she didn't want to send a guy and have him "reset" the system or check the breaker, be out in 2 seconds and then have to charge me the $80 for something so simple. I then checked and that didn't fix the problem. She said she had a guy available and he was at my house in about 30 minutes. He did a couple of tests, found a loose connection in the bathroom, tightened it, and fixed it. He didn't leave a mess or anything. He left me with an invoice so I didn't have to pay that day and once I got the bill I called them up and paid with my debit card.
Description of Work: Had a couple of lights and outlets not working. I called them up and that day I had someone come over and fix the problem in about 30 minutes. He showed what the problem was and what he actually did to fix it.
