They came on time to give a quote. Their price was higher than a competitor (even with a $50 discount I negotiated) but I felt more comfortable with this firm and also they could do the job within a week which was important to me. They came on time to install the windows, but had some trouble getting the old ones out, in one case cracking the window in the process. The replacement windows went in smoothly. They replaced some window beading on another window free of charge, good! Two points that lowered their score. 1). Due to the broken window they vacuumed the carpet using a shop vac, but asked me to go over the carpet with our house vacuum. When I did I found some shards of glass. I think they should have done this vacuuming and not me. 2). They need to look into getting a better phone service since it took at least three attempts to complete a call without being cut-off each time. Overall I was very satisfied with them and would use them again and recommend others to also use them.

They are a very honest and reliable Company. We highly recommend them to all our friends. Their name does not state so but they are a complete home service. They have done many handyman jobs around my house including electrical, plumbing and masonry.
