Description of Work: Inspector Brandon Brown came and was VERY VERY thourough. He went in the attic (with no flooring) and on the roof whicj many inspectors won't do. He took lots of photos and explained all the deficiancies. I am in the process of negotiating the required repairs right now. He found lots of required repairs. well worth the $$$.

+ 0 moreWe've since found several issues that should have been found by the inspector. Now we're having to spend extra money on items we thought were fine. A BIG ONE is discovering we have Polybutylene piping that was recalled 10 years ago for major leaks and failures. He didn't even classify our plumbing correctly on his report! He should also know that it is against our City's building code since he works out of this City.
