He began by explaining right up front that buying a home is one of the most stressful things people do in their lives, and there are a million things that could go wrong - but that HE would be the one to worry and stress on our behalf. He told us not to worry about anything and if we had any questions or needed any information to just call him - he would be our go-to-guy throughout the entire proccess. Sure enough, there were a few things that almost went wrong, but Sonu kept us informed every step of the way, sometimes calling with updates several times a day, and came through for us in the end. I will not hesitate to call upon him again should I need to sell my home. He was friendly, professional, bent over backwards to meet our needs, and the experience working with him was top notch. I highly recommend Sonu Varkey and New Century Real Estate!
Description of Work: Sonu Varkey of New Century Real Estate was our realtor and helped us find a home. He provided a customized website with listings that matched our criteria, drove us to numerous properties so we could see them, did several market analyses on properties we were interested in, and once we settled on a property he helped us through the entire process through closing. He was instrumental in coordinating with the loan officer, inspection people, title company, appraiser, etc.
