Description of Work: We were referred to this provider by a home inspector. Contacted this provider to set up an appointment. They were poorly responsive to our calls and it required several calls to set up an appointment. When an appointment was scheduled they did not come nor call. When we called them again they did not return our calls. I will not call them again!

Description of Work: Mike Gandy was excellent and thorough in his measurement and evaluation of my foundation. Turns out I only had some minor settling in certain areas due to the extremely dry summer, and Mike was able to take digital measurements throughout the house to determine it was within normal limits, and provided thorough report and schematic. There was a minor mix-up with their scheduling process, and Mike still honored the appt and came after hours to perform the work on scheduled date.
