Great. Mark was there in my house the whole day and was very thorough in his report. Would definitely recommend him to others.

I hired Mark LeGros to do a full pre-purchase inspection on the house I'm in the process of buying. He spent a whole day with us on the one house, starting with a thorough inspection and then taking his time not only explaining the findings but educating me on what they mean. He didn't just arm me with the knowledge I needed about my next house - he also taught me a lot about home ownership. Will use again. Highly recommended!

This is the third home we have had Mark inspect for us over 10 years. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. Customer support is outstanding. His reports are thorough and easy to understand, with accompanying pictures. He provides an electronic as well as a printed version. You will not be disappointed if you use Mark. He's a bit more than your average inspector, but he's worth the money. He literally spends ALL DAY at your home. The one time we didn't use him (when we had moved out of state), our inspector spent under 2 hours on a home that was 6000 sq ft, (including an unfinished basement) and gave us a useless report. We are glad to be back in Texas and able to use Mark again.

Mark LeGros is an extremely detailed, thorough home inspector. We used Mark a year ago, and he was the first person we called when we needed an inspection this year. His pricing is higher than many other inspectors, but this is appropriate due to his thoroughness.

After a brief talk on the phone, she sent a follow-up email with quote promptly. The quote was very reasonable for the outstanding service they provided. The inspector, Mark LeGros, spent a whole day to inspect the house. He was extremely detail oriented. Mark took the time to walk through the report with my husband and me as well as walking through and around the house. The inspection report (with photos) is almost double size of reports we had ever received from other inspectors. Mark has unbelievable knowledge about house construction and maintenance. My husband and I learned a lot from him through his inspection process and service. We will always use his service in purchasing future properties.

Wow, what a great job. I was formerly a home inspector in another state, so I can say from experience that this guy knows his stuff and did a great job. He spent a lot of time on the house, and gave us a ton of valuable information about it. He and his wife Rhonda went out of their way to help, and were available after the inspection for follow-up questions, and home repair recommendations and advice. We've called them several times since buying the house, and they have always been there and have been eager to help. As a former home inspector, I don't think anyone could do a better job.
