Installation was professionally done. All our questions were answered quickly. Notably, it has been about eighteen months after installation, and we are still pleased with the results. The carpet and pad have held up well.

This was a very extensive project. LInda, the owner, was exceptional to work with. Her estimate was very detailed which was very helpful in our decision when comparing her to another company that bid on this project. The bid was competitive and there were no surprises during the job. Every aspect stuck to the contract as agreed. The only exceptions, were change orders we requested for a few upgrades and repairs once the job was started. She and all of her crews were very professional and easy to work with. They all seemed interested in getting all aspects of the work done to our complete satisfaction, rather than just getting the job done. This gave us a great comfort level through out the process. The designer that works with her was very important to us in helping us coordinate the stain and paint colors, tile, granite and lighting. Having her included on the job was a huge plus as we were not always sure of exactly what we wanted and she helped us create a look that we love. Linda and the designer accompanied us on trips to choose the granite and tile for the back splash, which was extremely helpful to us in the design process. The man that does her custom cabinets was also great to work with. He listened to exactly what we wanted and created a custom look for us at an affordable price. The first thing done was a complete kitchen demolition followed by the removal of all the existing flooring in the kitchen, living, family rooms and entry hall and the installation of the new. Her crew moved all of our furniture to the garage for this without any damage. The new floor was laid and scraped and then they brought enough of the furniture (sofa, table, tv, etc) back in for us so that we would be comfortable for the rest of the job. The kitchen was then sealed off with heavy plastic for the remainder fo the work. The floor would be stained later, so they moved the furniture again for that and replaced it all again at the end of the job. This was an important aspect to us as we had most of our first floor being re-floored. We really appreciated her effort to make the area liveable by getting the floors installed early, then letting us live on them for the next few weeks while the kitchen was completed. The remodel was done over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays so this allowed our family to have a comfortable place to gather and eat. Had she not done this we would have been out of our entire downstairs for over a month, rather than just living without the kitchen during that time. From the beginning demolition, to the final touches of paint, the job went better than we could have ever expected. At the end of every day the crew working cleaned up, so the house was as clean as possilbe considering the scope of the work. We were in daily contact with LInda and were informed of what exactly would happen the next day, when and who would be working. The job clipped along at a great pace with work being performed even on most Saturdays. She was very concerned about getting the job done as efficiently as possible so that the inconvenience of being out of the kitchen would be minimal. Linda was very easy to keep in contact with from day one. If we called, she responded in a very timely manner. She was also on site to check on the work through out the entire process. We felt completely comfortable with all of the crews entering our home. I am at home during the day, so it was important that I feel comfortable with the people coming and going while I was here alone. All of the crews were repsectful, friendly and I trusted them competely whether I was home or not. The end result is a kitchen that is beautiful, functional and a dream to cook in. We could not be more pleased. The entire downstairs of our home is now beautiful, warm and inviting. We would use LInda again for a project like this. We received the same level of attention from day one until the last day. She has a great eye for color and design, is a stickler for detail and a true perfectionist. Next year will be contacting her to replace the flooring upstairs in our home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants quality work performed in their home.

First off, I would recommend her to everyone out there. Her prices saved me so much money as compared to other companies in the areas. I witnessed her work at our church and I decided to give her a try. She made a multi-thousand dollar rug for about 1500 dollars. For a small extra fee she also included another nice rug. It's nice because she feels and is there for the customer. I would definitely use her services again in the future.
