Ryan did address problems with home however material items were missed during his inspection resulting in over $1, 000 of repair costs. The issues missed were primarily based on plumbing/water aspects in the house. Spigot leak, toilet broken/ running and shower stall leaking. He came back out to house after we purchased it and promised to help with some of the repairs, but never called back.
Description of Work: Inspected a home prior to purchase.

Ryan showed up on time and spend approximately 5 hours on site going through every nook and cranny of the property, inside and out. He emailed me his thorough report the next day.
Description of Work: Ryan was recommended by my realtor for the home inspection on the thre story duplex I purchased. He did an outstanding job of going through the property from head to toe. He provided a very thorough write-up with pictures of all the items that needed repair. I would definitely use him again.

Mr. Tanner was on-time, very professional and polite, and did a wonderful job of explaining every detail of the report in layman's terms. Although my knowledge of home construction was very limited at the time, he talked on my level but did not talk down to me. I needed the best inspection possible because the house was built in 1936 and the disclosure was not very thorough. Mr. Tanner was definitely the best inspector I could have found. He came highly recommended by a previous client. Mr. Tanner also had several companies to refer me to for the work I would need done, such as roofing, handyman work, etc. Mr. Tanner does a majority of his work in the Dallas area even though he offices in Coppell.
Description of Work: Mr. Tanner of Eagle Eye Home Inspections has the highest certification level an inspector can have. He has been in business for over 15 years. Mr. Tanner gave the most thorough home inspection report possible. He spent 4 hours inspecting the home and brought in a second opinion for the termite inspection. He was very technologically up-to-date. He was prepared with every tool possible, crawled under the house, spent significant time in the attic, and returned with an invaluable, detailed report. Mr. Tanner typed all of his notes on a laptop in the kitchen as he went. He then printed out a copy of his notes on a portable printer that he had brought for this purpose. After taking me around the entire house and going through his report item by item with me, he gave me a copy of the report and a disc with the report saved on it. The disc was a very nice extra to have. I could not have asked for a more thorough inspection.
