 + -1 moreStandard bait and switch. We had damages to our roof and to our fence from hail. DFW told us they will work with the insurance compnay to get the funds for the roof and for the fence. They got the money to work on both. They replaced the roof. Decided that there wasnt enough money to fix the fence. Arbituarily, they decided how much the roof job woud cost and then terminated the contract. Now, I am left with limited funds and a broken fence. So, they basicallly cheated the insurance company, telling them to pay for the fence, took part of that money to pay for the roof and then terminated the contract. Subsequent calls with the company, we learned that they blamed everything on the sales guy (they fired him) but has not done anything to resolve the problem.
Description of Work: To get my business, DFW told us that they can replace my roof and fix my fence.
