+ -1 moreI contacted Kim Patty at Benchmark about 4-5 months ago during a remodel of our house. He had someone install the prewire and it appears to have been completed professionally. Last week, I spoke with his wife to order the installation of the system which had some special conditions by me. She said Kim would call me. One week later, no call. Two emails, no call. I checked the state licensing board today and found that his license expired last July
Description of Work: .Contracted for complete system and monitoring. Only received the prewire.
