+ 0 moreWe have been using Ben and Dad's since we moved to this house (5 years ago) and have continued to be very happy with their service. They are reliable to cut the grass weekly starting late Spring through early Fall and cut the grass bi-weekly or when needed in late Fall to early Spring. They also put fertilizer on when needed and leave us a notice that they have done so. From time to time, we have also asked them to help trim our bushes (added cost) which they have done a good job. They were prompt to return our calls when we have asked for this additional service. I also noticed recently that a few neighbors now use their service.

Description of Work: Used this service for several years, but each year the yard ended up in worse condition than the prior year. Calls for extra services to trim bushes or weed flower beds either were answered affirmatively and then no service was provided or the call wasn't returned for weeks. I would get frustrated and do the work myself. They weren't able to fix automatic sprinklers and didn't do tree trimming. This year they did a " final leaf clean up" before any of the leaves were off the trees. David always called and apologized but it never got better. Back to Angie's list to find a full service landscaper.

+ -1 moreThey are very responsive and very easy to deal with. That they are a locally-based provider in Coppell is a nice plus. The work they do each week look very nice. I recommend them.
Description of Work: Ben n Dad's provides our lawn mowing service. The weekly cost for our 1/2 acre (with landscaping) is about $40/ week.

+ -1 moreI've used Ben-n-Dad's since 2001 for all my landscaping needs. (I pay by the month.) They mow weekly, fertilize when needed, remove leaves in the fall, and ... periodically ... do planting and landscaping. If you live in Coppell, you can't go wrong with David (dad).
Description of Work: Initial spring cut, including leave and sweet gum ball cleanup, mowing at lowest setting, removing bag clippings and debris ... March Weed N Feed for St Augustine ... and an additional Mow/Trim/Edge
