We are state certified and licensed to appraise homes of any size or value in the state of Texas. We can do full appraisals consisting of physically measuring and inspecting the subject property, drive-by appraisals, or desk top appraisals depending upon the individual needs of the prospective appraisal.

Services we don't offer

We do not appraise ranch properties, properties with above 5 acres of land, or multi family properties above 4 units.
