Very well, information about all was going on with the house,

Inspection went well.

Very good.

Richard is knowledgeable at his profession but his customer service savvy is to be desired. I'm relocating to Texas from New York in April. I wasn't at the site when Richard conducted the inspection. He completed the inspection as promised and emailed me the report. It would have been nice for him to at least go over his inspection report over the phone. Instead he asked when he would be be paid and said he had to go. (I mailed him the check three days ago.). Oh and the fee.... When I called him he told me the fee would be $250 based on the square footage and that there was a $20 coupon on his website. He said he needed the clicks and to be sure to click on it. So I mailed a check for $230. (Makes sense right.). I get the invoice today and it's for $270 - $20 coupon. I can certainly afford the $20 but it seems deceptive to quote $250 and then mention he has a $20 coupon on his web site. Oh well. I wouldn't recommend him because he didn't go over his report and he was confusing on the price quote.

My wife and I are buying a foreclosed home and Thomas was quick, experienced, and knowledgeable. My realtor coordinated the appointment and when I arrived at the home he had the report, with pictures, ready to go in a professional folder. highly recommended and will use again. FYI, I wasn't able to print his coupon off the website, but he honored the coupon. Great experience!

He is an execllet inspector and we use about 4 or 5 times a month. He is very good at what he at does.
