It was determined that repairing the stove would be to expensive. On the technicians advice it would be more economical to get a new stove.

The installation was very quick. He even gave me a few minutes to clean all of the stuff that collects behind refrigerators before putting it back in it's place. I paid part of the cost up front with the Angie's List deal and then the ice maker cost to the contractor.

I signed up for a coupon with the vendor to have our washing machine checked. I was contacted within an hour of purchase, requesting specifics about what we needed, and was then informed that they did not have a technician employed to fulfill the contract. The exact words given... "Unfortunately, we longer have a tech that can repair washers, ... We are extremely sorry but it would not be fair to you to send someone to try and repair your washer when he does not have enough skills or experience." Their professionalism is commendable. I cannot thank Polar Temp enough for being up front and honest with me, and for not just sending someone out, charging me for a service they could not do, or wasting my time further.

Prompt and professional. Mario kept everything neat and clean, and he epxlained what he was doing. He also gave us advice about how to keep the unit running well. The cost was reasonable and much less than buying a new refrigerator. The work was done about a month ago and, and the refrigerator is still working great. I would call Mario again if I need service.

Tech was friendly upon arrival. He wore shoe covers and after examination of my ac he explained everything he was going to do and what chemicals he would be using. Everything was done in a timely matter.
