LOPEZ PLUMBING

Lopez said I need a need part for my shower faucet that was dripping. He came back the next day and said he replaced the new part. Mt shower continued to drip. Lopez came back twice and it continued to drip, so I called "I Love Plumbing" in the San Fernando Valley, who showed me that I had the same old part. It never was replaced. My shower no longer dripped after "I Love Plumbing replaced the part. Lopez charged me $225.00 and won't refund my money for being a scammer. Watch out for him. He also wanted to do a job replacing the pipes under my house for $5,000, another scam. I checked with another plumber and I don't need that done.Is it worth it to ruin your name because you are a scammer?

Never provided a definite quoted price in writing even though wall was cut open already and he could see the issue and how to fix the leak. Took advantage of the situation and charged more than the verbally quoted price to add 4 fittings and 2 three feet lengths of tubing.

Excellent. Antonio returned my call and scheduled the same day I contacted him. He is polite and professional and arrived on time or early. He clearly identified the problems and fixed things quickly, and offered advice about how to prevent problems in the future. I will certainly call him again next time I have a plumbing issue.

NO WORK WAS REQUESTED AND NO WORK WAS DONE! You might consider altering your report format to include these occurrences.
