+ 1 moreHis name is Ismael Garcia. The service call was $56 and the product was $25. I liked his responsiveness. I worked with him before so I called him a second time. I wish he had told me there was a service call up front because I would have done something different. He was very thorough and a great guy to work with.
Description of Work: I used iWater to access the damage to my lawn. They provided me with a fungicide. I originally called him because I didn't think I was getting enough water in a certain area of my lawn because my lawn was not green. He explained that it was a brown spot and what product he would leave.

+ -1 moreMr. Garcia explained everything to my satisfaction. He came in and performed the tasks with his team and it didn't take long. His team were courteous and respectful. Mr. Garcia is very customer-friendly. After the job, he even offered to return to conduct an audit of my sprinkler system. I highly recommend iWater and Mr. Garcia. Reasonable prices, excellent service, customer-friendly. He does what he says he will do. Rare in today's business world!
Description of Work: Checked my sprinkler system to determine if coverage was adequate. Recommended the installation of two additional heads. Calculated the amount of water used in my "hot spot" zone and explained it all to me, all free of charge. Returned at the scheduled date and time to install two heads and replace a dozen nozzles to conserve water.
