Ivan was very responsive. He reached out to me within 24hrs of getting my injury. Initially he came out to repair a leaking sprinkler. When he came out, I was in the pricess of moving my privacy fence. After taking care of the leak, Ivan removed my sprinklers that were within the construction area of the relocation of the fence. Once the work was complete on the fence, Ivan returned to replace the sprinkler. His prices were very competitive and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Iris Services to others.

Thought they did an ok job, although a little pricy. Next day, though, my neighbor reported that they had cut her cable line while digging out a buried sprinkler head between our properties. Contractor says he's unaware he did that. Not so sure. Won't use them again

Ivan of IRIS Services promptly replied to and repaired a leaky backflow valve. We had the backflow valve completely replaced by another irrigation service as part of the home warranty when originally moving into our house about 2.5 years ago. That company could only offer to replace the whole thing AGAIN at a significant cost (which turned out to be unnecessary). Ivan was able to figure out that the backflow unit was in generally good condition but had a few leaky gaskets that needed to be replaced.
