We looked around for prices and services. Air 1st gave me an exceptional price and responded quickly. In less than a day replaced my unit, changing up my entire system including parts of my frame that hold the unit up. Very friendly, professional and my ac unit feels great. I will definitely call them again for any future AC heater needs!

Fair price and very, very fast response! I spoke with Homero, and he was a pleasure to work with. He is a very honest and a knowledgeable man. He and his crew were able to come out at 7 am in the morning and had our A/C replaced. Very happy with the service, will definitely recommend them to everyone that I know.

From the start there was mistake after mistake made on their end. Not confident in final install and will have a 3rd party come out to fix all their issues. Should have paid more for a better company.

WARNING - do not use this company!!! We purchased a house and the HVAC system broke down after inspection and prior to closing. Unfortunately, the seller hired Air 1st to install a new system. Air 1st knowingly and deceptively installed an inferior and incompatible system. The outside unit lacked a heat pump, which meant no central heat. The units were also mismatched ? R410 outside and R22 inside ? which caused inside coil leaks. We had to keep the a/c at a brutal 80 degrees in August to keep it from crashing. Regardless, the system still broke down several times. Due to the mismatch and shoddy installation, our home warranty would not cover anything. I called Air 1st's worthless owner/manager, Yesi, approximately 15 to 20 times. She gave me the runaround and dodged my calls for weeks. My realtor finally advised the sellers realtor I was filing a lawsuit if they did not intervene. Their realtor put me in touch with the unresponsive liar, Yesi, who said a technician would come the next day. No one ever called or showed up. Yesi did not answer my calls, again. Yesi sent a text hours later saying a technician would come the next day. To no surprise, no one called or showed up, again! Over the course of 2 months, my pregnant wife and I burned up and we had to repeatedly pay warranty and other HVAC companies to service the system because Air 1st does not honor their warranty and their service stinks! We eventually hired an attorney, sued the realtor/seller for violating the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and won a settlement. I don't know exactly what happened, but Air 1st either ripped off the seller or conspired with them to deceive us. In my opinion, Air 1st are unethical, unreliable, lying frauds. I feel sorry for their clients and am glad that I never have to deal with those idiots again.

From the first time the technician came out to my home he was very respectful in my home. The technician diagnose my system and do to the age of my hvac system i decided to replace it. I believe i got the best deal in town after shopping around. The installation went as plan. The installers got to my home on time and did an amazing job in keeping the work area clean and finshed in a timely matter. The installers explain in detail what was needed to maintain my new hvac system... I was very pleased and will highly recommend to anyone out there who is needing or looking for a great hvac company call Air 1st heating & cooling. .. .... Installers name...
