The Woodland Turnkey Properties

Did a little minor work outside the house. Did a few work items inside the house. Then started demanding more money before he ca do any work. he is totally unreliable. It appears i need to consult a lawyer about what can be done to get my money back

Jonathan Wallace's work is simply terrible. I tried to get him to come back and address his multiple issues, but he quit responding to me. The sheet rock repairs were laughable, I wish I could include pictures. He also cut the line to our electricity when he removed a electrical box, the connection had two wires coming in, and two out. Rather than connect them back, they terminated the connection, which knocked out two more wall connections, now I have a electrician out here to repair the damages he caused. I have a sheet rocker coming tomorrow to repair that work as well. i am going to have to have a media specialist come out and correct his shabby work as well.

Karl and Josh were on time, very professional and respectful. They were in and out within an hour..were very knowledgeable and skilled. I will be calling them again for other projects I'd like done around the house!

Our new home builder contracted with The Woodland Turnkey Properties to carry out warranty work on his homes. The electronic lock on our front door was binding, so Woodland Turnkey Properties came to our home to fix it, which they did. They also inspected a second lock on a different door and determined that the locking mechanism on the handle was defective. They will replace that, when the part is available. We also showed them some damage to a window sill that had been caused by our parrot. A few days later, they returned and filled, sanded, and painted the damaged area. It looks like new. We have also obtained an estimate from them to add pickets to our wooden "good neighbor" fence and stain it. When we complete some landscaping, we intend to contract them for this job. Turnkey was prompt in doing the requested repairs, which were entirely to our satisfaction. Their prices were reasonable.
