From my initial contact with the company through the end my experience was great. The company's owner came out to meet with me and educate me about windows and the process. A measuring team came out the next day to confirm all measurements before the order was sent to the factory. The installers were very punctual and professional. Unexpected issues came up during the install because of the age of the house, but this did not stop the installers from doing a great job for the price originally quoted. They were tidy with the work, did not trample my flowers, and cleaned up after themselves. There was a very minor problem with one of the window gaskets, and when I told the company about this a week after they finished the job, they had someone come out right away and fix the issue. After the install, our area had LOTS of rain, and we did not have one window leak. I also got my energy credit certificate right away. I've had lots of work done on my home lately and they are one of the few contractors who have not disappointed me. I will call on them again when it's time to replace other windows.

We are confident that we found the best product on the market and they are a very good sound company. The installers, John and Eddie, were excellent professional craftsmen. They were punctual, and very clean and neat with their trade. I believe they are the best in the city for windows and very detailed.

Arrived timely took extreme care with my belongings performance exceeded my expectations installers were artisans every respect completed the work as promised.

Superior Window Co had won the pinnacle award the previous year and that’s why I chose them. They were two installers who came out for the job. They were the nicest people that I have ever had to work at my house. They were very professional. I noticed a significant difference in our utility bill after the windows were installed. My highest bills were always in the 700's previously and now my highest bill even in the hottest summer that we have had was only $430. I'm shocked with the results. I would use them again in the future.

The product was fine but I didn't like the presentation that was given by Superior Window Company.

They have ordered the windows. We are just waiting to get them and have them installed. They have been out here to measure and order. So far our experience has been good. They seemed to know what they were doing and they had good reviews on Angie's List. Then we met the owner and liked him and hired him.

The quality of the windows is fabulous. I like the new windows and they look absolutely beautiful. The workmanship was phenomenal. They replaced about 12 windows and got the entire job done in only 6 hours. They were very efficient and very clean.
