Pool and Spa Servicing
The service was to start before we moved in. We never could tell if they even came, because the never left anything on the door and we had to empty baskets and clean the pool. About three weeks after we moved in, we got a bill for the previous 6 weeks. We also got a flyer on the door about a week before that - the first indication that they had ever been there. They told us that they don't leave fliers when no one is living there. It was obvious that we were there for the two weeks - cars and boxes all over. We complained, they said they would get a different guy and said that the previous guy was no good and wouldn't be with the company again. We agreed to keep the service. We had one great week with a different guy, then the next week, the first guy came again, didn't brush the pool as we requested, and then signed his name as the second guy. This company had lots of good talk, but not action to follow up on it.
