They are like, all over. I use them for my wife and myself. The only issue I have with them is their coverage is spotty. I had to find a work around to even get the phone to work in the house. Their coverage is not really the best. We have a really good plan and I don't have any issues with it at all. It seems like a lot but you buy cheap and you get cheap so we have a plan I like. They are great on responsiveness. They are very professional.

He was the most patient person, he was so nice. Probably three hours of just describing phones and such but also then explain everything about the new iphones was phenomenal, that he took the time. We were so impressed. He would go back over something if it wasn't clear. He really took his time, and was just friendly, he had just a good attitude. I know you understand sometimes in sales they get flustered or they want to move on to somebody else and he just acted like we were the only one in the store. I told him he's going to me a manager. His name was Brian. He was the reason we ended up buying the phones. He's an asset for Sprint, we had been to Verizon and AT&T and attitude has a lot to do with product. He was just very good, professional but yet very polite and informative.
