Spring Overhead Door

Storm Blew all my shop doors in. They came out and replaced all 5 of my doors and no issues. Most places I called told me 6-8 weeks. They were here in 2 and done. Highly Recommend

Phoned to make appointment. Asked for a call back, for day and time but did not get one. Called them back and scheduled an appointment. On the day and time of appointment received a phone call stating they would be out next day. I said the appointment was for today, and they said it would not be today. They came the following day on time. Performed work satisfactorily. Felt cost too high for 30 minutes of work. Material was only $30.00. I blame myself for not asking for an estimate before scheduling. Would not use them again.

The technicians arrived within the time we agreed. They were informative and gave me some tips on keeping the garage door in good operating order. They adjusted the door and the operating motor. They did their work promptly and were friendly. The final cost was within two dollars of the telephone estimate.

I called on a Friday in the morning. I heard back in 30 minutes and he said his man would call me. I called again at 4:30pm and he said he would have his man contact me. I called Monday morning and the lady said they could have a man there in two hours. These telephone calls were not reassuring and I was about to call another company even though these people were close to me. However, about 2 hours later Jeff showed up and did the job. He had the parts and knew exactly what was needed and the job was done in no more than 30 minutes. The door has been working fine. Jeff was just back from vacation and saved the day.

I've never been so impressed with a company before. My door broke late in the night and these people were willing to come out and fix it right away early the next morning. Their responsiveness should be recognized. They went above and beyond my expectations.

They were good and knew exactly what they were doing. They even hauled away my old doors for us. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

The repair was scheduled in two to three hours, and the repairman was on time. He took the opener apart, replaced a new part, and it was good as new. He left the garage looking good, and he did a great job.
