I should have researched the cost of the Surge Protector I asked them to install. It was $50 on Amazon, even at $300 an hour it would have cost $100 or less to install, because it took him no more than 5-10min. They charged me $300! Ugh! Never again! I will research every item’s cost from now on.

Very quick response. Able to come the same day (actually tried to come during initial call, but I wasn’t home yet). Saw the issue and quickly recognized the fix. Upfront pricing was clear and specific. Finished repair fast!

I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Electric! From Lisa (his office staff) to the gentlemen who fixed our switches, they were nothing less than professional and courteous. I received everything I asked for and more: great communication, an estimate, information on their arrival and a follow up to make sure we were satisfied. You should give these guys a call!

I specifically said I had 5 Casablanca outdoor fans that squeaked and needed repair. 2 guys showed up asking if we were replacing fans. Casablanca guaranteed for life. We need a Casablanca repair person.

They responded to the inquiry and were not put off by the relatively small job like the other larger companies. They showed up on time and did exactly what we asked them to do. Will recommend them and use them again.

When I originally spoke with them I indicated I could bring my generator to their shop. She said they might as well come and give me a free estimate. serviceman arrived and said he would have to take it in. They called about a week later and said it was done and it would be $250. I said I would pick it up and they said it would be $175. When I picked it up I didn't get a detailed invoice showing parts, labor etc.. I asked for one and didn't get one. I think they charged me for picking it up and that isn't right. of course I can't prove it without a detailed invoice.

They bumped me up in scheduling and I got service the very next day!

Very professional and response time was very minimal. Would definitely hire them again.
