Had moved an old refigerator to my In-laws garage for storage during a move. The fridge went out, we thought. So called Simpson Dabney to see if it was fixable. They couldn't find anything wrong with it and told us so. Turns out the plug we were using was tied to the light switch in the garage and when they turned the lights out, of course, the fridge went off. The repair guy could have easily tried to 'fix' things that weren't broken and take advantage of the situation, but did not. So even though it cost us money for the repair call, just knowing that they didn't try to fix what wasn't broken to me is a sign of an ethical company and will will continue to use them without hesistation.

Excellent. John came out and took measurements on the downdraft. The GE downdraft that he carried was too big so he searched and found a downdraft by another maker that would fit. He came out on time. Was very professional. He did an excellent job and seemed to go beyond what was just necessary to do to make everything look very good. I'm so glad I went with this company since there were some problems with the space of the old downdraft being smaller than some of the newer downdrafts and the way the home builder had originally wired the downdraft. John took care of all of that and it looks great.

Simpson Dabney Appliances was able to fit me right into their schedule. They assessed the problem right away and had the part on hand to fix it. I have used them in the past for different repairs and they have always got the job done right the first time. I feel that they are very knowledgeable and they are a great company to use.

Simpson and Dabney did a real good job on my appliances. They were available the next day. They explained what was wrong. They were very polite and cleaned up well after themselves. I can't remember the cost.
