 + -1 moreThey came out on Wed., July 6, and looked at my backyard, I told them what I wanted and they said they would send estimated via email by Friday, July 8. It is now July 22 and I have heard or received nothing. I called them twice and was told each time that they were working on it. If this is a sample of their customer service, I would not use them for the work if their bid was half of other bids I have received. Very poor way to run a business. Don't say you are going to do something if you don't intend. Honesty is the best policy.
Description of Work: No work was done.

If this is an example of how they conduct business, I would not use them now if their bid was half of other bids I have received. Don't tell a prospective customer you will do something if you do no intend to do it. Honesty is the best policy. Don't use them if you ever want to get your landscaping done. You will not even get an estimate.
Description of Work: Build large bed in back yard bordering with moss rock and put in new soil. Cut several very small trees down and removed a bed of iron plants.

Description of Work: We signed up for Sergios Landscaping/Lawn service 19 months ago. He was a little high in price for the area, but we took a chance based on a recommendation. At first the service was ok, nothing special, but they mowed, trimmed, pulled weeds,etc,etc. Then all of a sudden they started missing service days with no explanations.A check of our security tapes confirmed our suspicions of poor or no shows. When we called the business to complain, no answer. We had to finally withhold their check to get any response. We were told via email that they usually have someone to check the quality of service, but" they had gotten so big with so many accounts, they could no longer do this". Their service is borderline fraudulent and I would highly recccomend you avoid this business.

 + -1 moreHe came out when he said he would, he arrived on time, he was courteous, honest and professional. He treated me like a person, not a customer and his suggestions and ideas were actually better than what I had thought of. Just waiting for the estimate to come in but, I have a feeling he will be doing the job.
Description of Work: I have a front yard landscaping overhaul that needs to be done and I called Sergio's Landscaping and asked if he could come out and give me an estimate on how much it would cost to do the job. I told him that I had a plan in mind but, was open to any and all suggestions.
