Crew should up on time and did a great job.

After exchanging several emails for several weeks, he finally tells me he does not service my area.

I would use again. Did excellent work

Great. They suggested new plants and suggested giving some of my existing plants time to recover from the harsh winter and they did. Some plants I thought were dead they did not replace; saving me some money.

Communication was the only issue. A call had to be made to schedule a date. Weather postponed delivery but re-scheduling required a few more phone calls...weather was part of the issue here. They came a little late on the required date. Mulch was good quality and they spread it where they were asked to. It was placed well and a blower was used to clean up any areas on the concrete where ulch may have "spilled". Would recommend.

The crew from Riverside Lawn and Landscape did an excellent job. They arrived at the appointed time and quickly completed the job. Very pleased with the outcome.

I decided to do the work myself, i hired a one person to help me and i bought the material, with labor and materials i spent $4000. My back and knee hurt for a 1 week, but I saved $6000, that's worth it to me.

Not good. Apparently this isn't enough work to justify a trip to my home. How long must I wait before being reimbursed for services paid for but not delivered? I'd like a refund.

He showed up - then I never got a written anything despite being extremely patient over a 2-3 month period. I reached out to him a few times and he stopped responding. When I asked for my money back - I was told I had to go to Angie's List. The whole thing was a huge disappointment.

I never received a response from this vendor and I called several times and left messages. I had to request a refund.

There was some initial confusion because Angie's List had me designate three dates I preferred for them to come out, which I did, and they accepted, but when I contacted them, they apologized and told me that when this special was run, they were already scheduling 3 to 6 weeks out from the day's date, and they had been unable to communicate this properly to Angie's List when they ran the special. No problem, I just re-scheduled with them to a more realistic date, and when they arrived, 5 men swarmed my gardens, pulled out all the grass that was coming up since I put the new dirt down, and then they carried the mulch over in big bushel buckets and spread it out gently around my baby plants. They also weed-eated (ate?) around my garden borders, and saved the pulled grass for my compost barrel. Then they used their blowers to clean up all the mulch that had fallen from their trailer while they were scooping and hauling. A+++ service! They went above and beyond! Will definitely use them again!

Company would not return phone calls.

We got a good lanscaping plan from Matt that we can either use ourselves or pay him to do it.

They never returned my call so never had them out.
