Description of Work: Riverside Lawn and Landscape gave us the backyard of our dreams! Riverside listened to what we wanted, quoted us a fair price, showed up on time and even gave us a little more than expected! They know how to make and keep customers happy. Thank you Riverside for a beautiful lawn and perfectly installed trees and bushes!

Description of Work: Originally everything was fine. He came out and gave me drawing and estimate. Was willing to work with me on doing small parts instead of all at once. Then once I paid him it took him 4 or 5 months before he came out to actually do the work. Didn't finish and broke a sprinkler and never came back to finish or repair. Signed up for weekly service. They came but never fixed or finished anything. I left message and emailed company. No response. If you don't have a $30k job with them don't bother. And now half the plants are dying.

Description of Work: My sprinkler system was not working, so I called Riverside Lawn & Landscape for help with it. Instead of him coming out and charging me an outrageous price, Matt calmly walked me through all the steps needed to get the power on for my sprinkler system, which resolved the issue.

Description of Work: I called them on June 8, 2015 to inquire about service and pricing. I reached an answering machine (which I'm not crazy about - I always prefer to speak to a person), I left a message with my name, phone number, and a description of the services I was interested in. It's now two weeks later and I have not heard from them. Needless to say, I will never be contacting them again.

Description of Work: They were supposed to do everything, mow, trim, weed, I was assured that I would not have to do anything. The team are good workers, but obviously on a very tight schedule, so things were not being done to my liking and for $500 to $625 a month I only used them for around 6 weeks.

Description of Work: They did a great job. They had to fit me in according to the weather and already promised jobs. I am having some more work done by Matt.

Description of Work: He will be putting in railroad ties for edging, making and drainage trench, and will be cleaning up the yard, and rebuilding a flower bed.

Description of Work: They preformed a landscape plan, pricing per plant, start and completion schedule and other information. We have time to decide on the plan and plants.

Description of Work: Installed paver patio and automatic sump pump. Had an issue after install of pump and they returned and took care of the issue without additional fee. Workmanship was great on the deck.

Description of Work: They come out and gave me a price on a plan (which they added a bunch of stuff to) and then I said yes to part of the plan (which was the part I originally wanted them out to my house for) then he said they were busy for 2 weeks and they would call me, I called back about 4 times they never returned my call. Basically he spent 10 min. in my back yard for 99.00. It's quite the racket. Approximate cost of service of $99.00.
