Description of Work: I do not feel I can make a judgment on this company. I eventually found out they did not provide services to my area. I called the company a couple of times and left messages and he called back to let me know he didn't work in my area. |I will say the person (male) I spoke to at "Angies List" was so helpful both times I spoke to him placing the order and deleting the order (on my credit card. He was polite and kind.

Description of Work: Outstanding to deal with. I thought it would take about 3 days and it was done in only 1. Watching them work was like watching a symphony.

Description of Work: Removed existing plants, etc. from front of house, planted new plants (as specified in plan presented to us), spread new soil & mulch and moved some plants to the back yard. In the process of planting, a sprinkler line was broken. It was not discovered until the day after the planting. I called Matt and he sent the crew out to do the repair the next day. They then moved one plant that was not placed in the correct place. We were very satisfied with their employees. They were very cooperative. We will certainly use them on our next project.

Description of Work: Received estimate for landscaping back yard. No charge over and above amount paid to Angie's list. Was impressed with the plans, but have not gone ahead with the work yet due to budget concerns.

Description of Work: Matt came out today and completed a job we had talked about a few weeks ago. We had decided to wait until January to get started. His crew put in lights on the exterior of our home. They are beautiful and it gives the house such a pretty look at night. After day one, we are very pleased. Matt even said that if he needed to do any readjustments, just give him a call. He called to confirm the job, came out at exactly the time and day we had agreed to, and all went well. It doesn't get better than that!!

Description of Work: I was contacted that they were in our neighborhood and able to perform services ahead of schedule. I wentthough not able to be at home at time of service. Services were done beautifully, and went beyond what we contracted for (mulching of beds), by doing some trimming of shrubbery and lawn edging.

Description of Work: Mulched the gardens in our front yard. We were not present at the time of the service. We were very pleasantly surprised that they not only did the mulching, but trimmed some shrubs and trees, and did a beautiful job edging the front lawn. I am already discussing further landscaping plans with Riverside Lawn and Landscape.

Description of Work: Rep did not show when promised, late, unresponsive, had to call him many times to which he just answered with his first name, never the company he represented, had to call him repeatedly to get his evaluation. Just not a good experience at all.
