Great job cleaning up after freeze and muching beds. I was surprised that 6 yards of mulch didn't do all I needed, I guess I should have ordered more😃

The provider showed up on time and the job was completed well. I would use them again.

I requested an estimate prior to ordering their Big Deal. Matt came within a few days, and he agreed that we could split the delivery between my yard and my next door neighbor's. The service was scheduled within a few days, since my neighbors are preparing to list their home. When he called to schedule the service, I asked about a leak from my sprinkler system and he agreed to look at it, as well. He did a great job on the mulch; unlike many services, there was no debris left in the driveway or scattered around in the lawn. Because the ground was very wet around the sprinkler system control valve, he had to shut off the system and let it dry out over a number days, but came back and was able to make the repair at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased with his customer service and willingness to accommodate my schedule.

Came out to give an estimate and made a sophomoric sketch of proposed landscaping service. Never did use them for monetary reasons. (The day before he came out, my husband got laid off, so was unable to use their services).

Contacted me to set appointment. Showed up on time. Exceeded my expectations. A+

Will have them do landscaping and lighting in 2014.

What a waste of $100. Paid $100 for something most landscapers do for free. Had to wait a week before he had time to come out. He looked at it and then returned with a handwritten drawing. Other landscapers like Bryans Gardens print out a beautiful descriptive blueprint plan.

They will begin the work in early Dec. This was just for the plans.

Matt was a pleasure to work with from day one. His bid was the most competitive of the three that were presented to me. This allowed me to also have him install lighting which was not in my first plan but was a pleasant addition to the project. I purchased a used home and the landscaping was overgrown and there was so much of it I couldn't possibly do it myself. Matt listened to my concerns and was onboard with my desire for low maintenance landscaping ( I do not like gardening!!). He troubleshot my inoperative sprinkler system within minutes and fixed it for well below what others were asking. He is very pleasant and conscientious, a real pleasure to work with. The workers he uses are very hard working. They did everything I asked and more. Highly recommend his services!!!!

Landscape work on front and back yard. The project was on time and budget.

The provider offered to visualize the landscape both front and back yard. While he delivered on it, it was more of very high-level drawing (which was also incomplete). I would not buy again this service, nor would I recommend this provider

It did not go great. A man from the company came out and took all the pictures and everything that he needed. And then, he came back with a hand drawing on a piece of paper which was fine but he had not completed it. So, I was disappointed in that and I sent him an email personally to that effect and he never responded to that either. He did everything in the timeline that we had agreed upon but when he came back with the drawing and the pricing, it was not worth keeping. It was just a little piece of paper and he did not include half the yard on it but he was on time for everything that he said he was going to do. Since I did not really get what I was expecting, I would say that they were overpriced. He was responsive up until he did not do right.

It worked out fine on the quoting process which was the deal. But we haven't started the work yet. We are undecided yet if we are going to use them.

Matthew called me a day after I bought the landscaping analysis to schedule a visit. I had to reschedule because of a death in the family and he was very considerate and told me that even if the date of the special had passed he would still come out at the same price because we had scheduled it prior to the deadline. I called when I got back in town and he came out a few days later. I called him again because I was getting anxious to get the work done and he came out quickly and gave me a hand drawn diagram of the bed we discussed the most and an estimate for the cost, and told me some of the other things that he would do. He had told me up front that they were very busy and it would be a couple of weeks before he could come back to do the work, so I was prepared to wait. Three weeks later he and a crew came out and very quickly did the work to my satisfaction. I would use this provider again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I wasn't too happy with it. Actually, it was just a drawing on a piece of paper. It was hand drawn. I thought I was going to get some type of computerized something but anyway, it was okay. Getting hold of them was a bit difficult. There was nothing positive. It was not what I expected. There were no extra charges.

It was pretty good but we haven’t had the work done yet. I really like their man; he seemed real honest and upbeat. I liked the plans that he drew out for us. I felt very comfortable with him. I believe he would do a good job and he seems to know the area well.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and he was fine. We haven't decided if we are going to do work with him or not, but he did a great job of listening to us and figuring out what we wanted. We didn't pay him anything extra other than the big deal. He followed through, he was prompt, he listened to us, and he then drew out a landscaping. He had great ideas.

It turned out horrible. It took six weeks after I paid for it to get someone out here to look at the project that I was interested in. When he did come out and I explained my issue. Part was landscaping and the other part was to divert the rainwater when it would come. I thought that we had an understanding and it took another six weeks for him to return his phone calls to come back out. He had one sheet of paper and a hand drawn sketch of down spouts that he was going to put in and a list of plants that he wanted to plant in various areas of the yard. I did not get anything near to what I thought I was going to get.The ad said that I was going to get a detailed drawing with pictures. I complained twice and finally got my money back from Angie’s List. I am not as perturbed as I was before. He was not punctual or responsive. He did not give me anything that I could show my wife and say this is what the backyard is going to look like when it is finished. He wanted to charge me $7000 for my project. I would not use them again.

The service turned out well. The quality and the professionalim were very good. The coupon was a very good value for the money. They were good with the responsiveness as well.

I had hoped that the work could be done quickly, but because I was not what he considered a "big job" I was pushed to end of the line. All I wanted was the yard and beds cleaned up, which is what the special advertised. When the crew did finally schedule my yard, the work was done well and most of the yard looked great, but they ran out of time (had an 8 hour time limit) and left part of yard unfinished without contacting me to give a quote on finishing the work. I would use this provider again, but would be more specific in what exactly I wanted accomplished within the given time frame.

It was very convenient to set up an appointment for them to come out. They were on-time and called about 30 minutes ahead to make sure the appointment time was still good. He had a cost list and we went through this and my priorities. He was thorough. I worked Matt McElfresh and he was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the plants and had suggestions in our landscaping plans. I want something low maintenance and he included these in his landscaping plans. His prices seemed reasonable and he was very professional was always courteous and polite. He did what I asked and am definitely considering using their services at the beginning of next year.

Riverside was great to work with. They were very responsive to questions and promptly addressed any issues that arose. The crew was professional and efficient. Overall, they did a good job updating my yard within my budget. I did not do much comparison shopping, but the charges were relatively inline with (although slightly higher than) work I had another company do in the past. However, the quality of the work was better. In the design and planning process, they did not always meet their timelines, but they were very responsive and timely when I reached out to them. I plan to use Riverside again and would recommend them.

When he came out, we went over what we had in mind and he didn't make any notes. We told him the types of plants we did and didn't want and what we were going to take out that we already had. He didn't pay much attention to that. He sent a very amateurish sketch back with a lot of plants that we didn't want. He obviously didn't pay much attention. From our standpoint, it was pretty worthless money spent. The price would have been okay if we had gotten something for it but it was pretty high because we didn't get anything. The quality was pretty poor. He was pretty responsive but he didn't make any follow up so he was pretty poor on responding in the end. It took some time for him to get the sketch but he was going on vacation. The sketch was pretty worthless so it didn't matter.
