Had talked to them a week in advance to come out for estimate for remodel of kitchen and master bath. Set time and date. Day came, no call no show. Update: Contractor called and apologized and offered to come out and do an estimate. I accepted the apology but will probably not use him as our contractor.

Randall, the owner, confirmed his expertise on bathroom remodel. Thank goodness for people like him who know what they are doing. Unfortunately, he had to repair a bad shower job in my nearly new master bathroom. Leaking shower door area and seat that was not fastened down. That is what I get for hiring people without checking out. Cheaper is not better. Randall knows his craft. Very clear about how to resolve problem and the cost was very reasonable. I had tried to get the contractor to resolve the problems that Randall fixed, to no avail. They had no idea what to do. Thank God for Angie's List and R.D. Construction. He knows his business.

They took care of everything. They were excellent. They were very good. They cleaned up after themselves. They put things down from when they walked things in and out. When they said they're going to be here, they were here.

Demolition completed within time frame. clean with little dust considering scope. Plumbing was difficult as we had purchased European style fittings which had different threads. After consulation we resolved the problem quickly and proffesionally. Floor and wall tiling design was not easy but these guys are professionals and proved it ! We had a delay in completing the overall project however that was due to my wife and I not completing tasks that we had committed to undertake. We are very happy. We discussed extras before we commited to any scope changes. This is always recommended. New shower fittings and seamless glass finished the project off nicely. Top quality and we will be using Randall again for other projects. Many thanks to you and your team.
