+ -1 moreSomeone else started the job and was doing it poorly, so we asked Phillip's to take care of it. He said he would be able to do it and brought a tile guy to do the job. I don't feel like the use of a sub-contractor worked very well for us. We had to pay the sub-contractor in addition to paying Phillip's. The sub-contractor didn't even end up finishing the job and we still had to hire someone else to complete everything.
Description of Work: We hired him to finish some tile work in our bathroom.

+ -1 moreIt cost between $2 to $3 a square foot. I thought that they did a good job and I did not have any issues with them. I had to move out of my house for three or four days because of the staining and the fumes but otherwise, it was fine. You would have to plan on that when you decide to do it as you would not be able to stay in your house with the fumes.
Description of Work: I used the services of Phillip's Hardwood Floors last week for stripping and refinishing our floors.
